Free Shipping on Kitchen Cabinet Orders over $3900
At Practical Cabinets, we offer free delivery on cabinet orders over $3900. We contract dedicated, regional carriers that specialize in shipping cabinets and furniture. Carriers will vary based on your location and requirements. Our logistics support staff will notify you when to expect delivery and who your delivery carrier will be.
How to Prepare for Your Delivery
Once your cabinets have been ordered, it is important to prepare for your delivery. Refrain from demolition or scheduling an installation until you have inspected your entire order. Replacement orders take additional time to ship and deliver. When the local delivery agent receives your order, they will call to arrange delivery. Receive your order as soon as possible to prevent damage and allow your cabinets to acclimate. Please let the delivery driver know if there are narrow roads, unpaved roads, utility lines, trees, alley access, or other obstacles that could prevent your delivery. The delivery trucks are large and the driver will need to know about any hazards along the way. The delivery driver will help offload the truck. Let us know if you need your order to be delivered into your home or up any stairs as additional fees will apply. It is easiest if you have a large area cleared to receive and check your order for obvious damage on the outside of the boxes that may occur during shipment. At the time of delivery, you will not have time to open and inspect every item. An item list will come along with your order so you can check it and make sure everything was delivered. Small items such as moldings and fillers are often boxed together, so make sure to read the labels on the boxes to see which items are enclosed. When you have finished inspecting the exteriors of the boxes the driver will have you sign off on your delivery. If there are any problems at that time, make sure to note them on the bill of lading before signing. Soon after your delivery, you will need to open everything up for inspection. Then place those items back in the boxes to keep them safe until you are ready to get to work on them. Fully inspect your entire order. Put together a list using the box labels to help clearly identify each piece. Then E-mail Support@PracticalCabinets.com to order any replacement parts if needed. To make inspection easier, you can use your design floor plan to help identify each item. If you have, any questions please feel free to contact our support team at Support@PracticalCabinets.com.
Important Reminders about Receiving Your Cabinet Order
You have 14 days to report concealed damage. If you have any questions, please E-mail us at Support@PracticalCabinets.com. Please check the contents of your delivery upon arrival and report any missing or visibly damaged boxes to the delivery driver. (Be sure to mark any damaged or missing cartons on the bill of lading.) Practical Cabinets is not responsible for missing or visibly damaged items after you sign for your delivery.

Replacement Orders
There is no charge for a replacement part if it is an exact item match for the defective part and meets the following criteria:
Original was damaged during shipping
Falls under the warranty associated with that product.
All replacement orders are to be expedited through manufacturing and shipping
The standard method of shipping replacement items is through Practical Cabinets scheduled trucks or a parcel service. If a scheduled truck is not available when your replacement product is available for shipment, Practical Cabinets may elect to use alternate shipping methods
Individual Tall Cabinets
Tall cabinets ordered on their own or as part of a small order (not a full kitchen) may incur additional shipping fees due to the shipping method required for these cabinets. Because of their size, they must be shipped on a 96" pallet instead of the usual 42" pallet. Additionally, many Shipping companies won't ship 96" pallets without additional fees. This is why Practical Cabinets notes in the item description for these tall cabinets that you must send an email with your desired cabinet and your zip code so an accurate shipping price can be given. If an order needs to be canceled because Practical Cabinets was not contacted, a 5% processing fee will be charged. Practical Cabinets is not responsible for processing fees on returned orders.
