Returns and Refunds
During unpacking, please check that all items have arrived. Please note any hidden damage found while unboxing the items and also any missing items. Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible regarding any missing or damaged parts from your LTL delivery. Damage claims require a picture of the damage and the label on the box. Any box damage needs to be noted on the bill of lading upon reception of the delivery.
Small orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Appointments are not necessary for these shipments and will be delivered to your address as per standard UPS or FedEx delivery procedures. As above, please inspect these items and contact email@example.com regarding missing or damaged items with 48 hours of delivery.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.

If an instance arises where an order needs to be canceled and refunded (i.e., the purchase of a tall cabinet on its own that hasn't had the shipping price checked by a Practical Cabinets Support member and is later canceled), a 5% processing fee will apply.
